Cost of Joist Installation
Installation of Joist is usually a flat rate per member. Assuming a sky Trak is provided on site, each member should cost approximatly 175$ to install. This includes tying joist with angle, as described on plans.
Cost of Decking Installation
Price is determined by sq. footage, typically between (.80 cents-$1.00). Rate is based on the size/scope of project. Larger projects will have discounted price per sq/ft.
